THE BREAD STATION

Network-6 co-founded and fully funded The Bread Station, an organic specialist artisan bakery based in East London providing natural sourdough breads and Danish pastries to many of the City’s best food businesses as well as having on-site café and deli outlet.

In November 2022, having proven profitability and a growing turnover of £1.7m, the business was sold to Wildfarmed, a regenerative flour producer.

Network-6 executed and managed all aspects of the sale transaction from start to finish and provided a six month handover to the new owners as well as becoming a shareholder in Wildfarmed.

The business rebranded to The Snapery East and today continues to thrive from the foundations built by Network-6.
